Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days after an order has been placed. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for delivery based on your location. 

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays from couriers. Please make sure your address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you need your order ASAP and haven't received a notification yet call us at 231-398-5556 so we can get your order together for you. If you place an order after store hours, your order will be available the following day. Instore pick-up on Saturdays is only available for orders placed between Monday and Friday during business hours. There is no instore pick-up available on Sundays so your order will be available for pick-up the following Monday.
